WILLYS AT WORK
Please send your pictures, past and present of your Willys vehicle at work!
While we don't know exactly what's going on in this picture, we do know is that club member Jeff Jackson's grandfather and his great uncle are pictured here with their (now Jeff's) CJ2A and a rifle.  Aside from the gun play, this photo is interesting in that the 2A has a bed extension, side steps and a half enclosure.  The photo was taken on the family ranch in Colorado in the early 1950s.
Club member and Petersville, KY farmer, Rob Heddleston uses his CJ2A around the farm.  It was Rob's idea to start the Willys At Work section of the site and he graciously donated the opening round of photos showing a refueling stop, feeding the cows, "opening a drainage ditch" and tilling a field.

The photos on this page capture the essence of what Willys Overland saw as the post World War II use of the venerable Jeep.  From farm to fun they still serve today.

Mid-Tennessee Vintage Willys Club member Jim Pigg sent in this photo of him raking hay with his CJ2A.  Don't be fooled - Jim's 2A is as at home on the road as it is on the farm and is a great running rig.
